Over Water

Documentary produced during the Pact for Waters Forum in Baixada Santista (2019), presenting the status of the Caminho da União community, within the largest cluster of stilt houses in Latin America.

In addition to revealing the difficult situation of around 20 thousand people living without drinking water and sewage services, the film promoted the meeting of a community leader with representatives from local public authorities, such as the City Hall, the Public Prosecutor’s Office and SABESP – the water utilities company of the State of São Paulo.

The film has traveled the world in socio-environmental festivals, such as the Social World Film Festival, Cinema e Ambiente Avezzano (Italy), the Princeton Film Festival (USA) and the Yellowstone Film Festival (India).
