Semíramis Biasoli
Executive Secretary
PhD in Sciences with an emphasis on Environmental Education Public Policies from PPGI Applied Ecology by ESALQ-USP, (2015) graduated in Legal Sciences from PUCCAMP (1993), postgraduate in Environmental Management from UNICAMP (2003). Member of REPEA Rede Paulista de Educação Ambiental and Researcher at OCA – Education and Environmental Policy Laboratory of the Department of Forest Sciences of ESALQ/USP, in Piracicaba-SP. She has worked with the Ministry of the Environment’s Department of Environmental Education (2004/2008) performing the role of deployment for the State of São Paulo. She has been the General Secretary of FunBEA – Brazilian Fund for Environmental Education since 2010.
Bianca Limonge Avancini
Project Manager
Social Project and Program Manager (Ink Inspira), Forest Engineer (ESALQ/USP) and Environmental Technician (ETB-Enfermap). Coming from a self-managed working environment, as Executive Secretary and Environmental Educator of the Specialization Course “Environmental Education and Transition to Sustainable Societies” (2019-2021). She believes in the strength of the collective and in the appreciation of traditional and popular knowledge. She also believes that we can strengthen ourselves with environmentalist educational actions, with a critical bias, as a structuring action of a more just, egalitarian, balanced and sustainable society, creating spaces for listening, dialog and theoretical deepening.
Cintia Güntzel-Rissato
Environmental Educator
Environmental Educator at FunBEA, Master of Applied Ecology (CENA/ESALQ/USP, 2013), specialist in Training of Environmental Educators (UNICAMP, 2011), specialist in Ecological Bases for Environmental Management (UNIVATES, 1995) and Bel and LP in Biological Sciences (UPF, 1999). Educator and co-manager of the Collective Environmental Educator of Campinas (COEDUCA 2006-2011).
Mirian Rother
Environmental Educator
PhD in Sciences from PPG Interunidades Ecologia Aplicada, ESALQ – CENA, USP (2016), in the Environment and Society research line. Graduated in Social Communication from Fundação Armando Álvares Penteado (1982), Master of Education from Universidade Metodista de Piracicaba (2002), in the Science Education line of research with an emphasis on Environmental Education. She has experience in higher education teaching in the area of Social Communication, Education, Educational Communication, Social and Environmental Educational Interventions and Urban Environmental Management.
Talitha Parlagreco
Social Media
Professional with a career in communication and marketing, with expertise chiefly in the departments of social media, content creation, and strategic marketing planning. She carried out an entrepreneurial project with the Listo Estúdio foundation, as well as living abroad for approximately four years, and had opportunities to work in multicultural and multinational companies during this period. She also has knowledge of translation.

Administrative
Professional with extensive academic background, diverse experience and specialist in the areas of Accounting, Auditing and Controllership. She began her career in private companies in the administrative and people management areas, contributing to problem solving and relationship and process improvements. For more than 04 years she has been working directly in the Accounting area.
ana Patrícia Arantes
Journalist
Experience in the area of social and environmental communication in companies, government and civil society organizations. Works developed in communication for projects with high environmental impact, projects and programs of water resources with coordination of contents for bulletins, social media, and Communication and Campaign Plans and Programs.
Ligia Ortega
Volunteer
Bachelor of Social Sciences – FFLCH from the University of São Paulo. Educator of the public and private network for 30 years at the elementary and high school level. Specialist in Environmental Education OCA/ESALQ/USP. Participant of the Coletivo Educador Bertioga since 2016 and volunteer educator at FunBea since 2020.
Mariane Lima de Souza
Environmental Educator
Degree in Biology, graduated from the Universidade Metodista de São Paulo (2010). Master of Plant Biodiversity and Environment, title obtained through the graduate program at USP in the Institute of Botany of the State of São Paulo, where she also developed projects at the level of scientific initiation (2009 – 2010) and technical training (2010 – 2011). She has been working in the field of environmental education and social mobilization, since 2017, alongside FunBEA (Brazilian Environmental Education Fund) in several projects on the coast of the State of São Paulo, such as the Preparation of the River Basin Plan of the River Basin Committee of the North Coast, construction of the Social Communication Programs of the Committees of the Baixada Santista, North Coast and South Coast/Ribeira do Iguape and coordinating the environmental education project for the conservation of coastal ecosystems of the Coastal Strand of São Paulo.
Grace Luzzi
Content Coordinator
Creative, screenwriter and producer with a master’s degree in Audiovisual Processes from ECA/USP (2014) and a degree in Journalism from PUCRS (2004). Since 2013, she has been a partner of Zumbi Filmes, an independent producer operating throughout Brazil in production services for foreign companies in the country, such as HBO, Universal, Netflix, History Channel, and National Geographic, among others. Experience in creation, development and coordination of audiovisual projects and with creative team by TV Cultura and TV Rá Tim Bum. Relationship with independent producers, content approval, script, programming and distribution of content.
Fernanda Manzoli
Resource mobilizer
Psychologist (PUC-SP) and Master of Social Sciences (PUC-SP). More than 10 years of experience in the third sector: project management, funding, public policies, local development and social entrepreneurship. Conducting consultancies, classes and lectures on strategic planning with a focus on financial sustainability and direction vs. cause in CSOs; mobilization of resources and the different strategies for raising funds; creation of indicators, monitoring and evaluation of projects, economic development, income generation and community development; preparation of national and international projects for public notices and incentive laws; private public partnerships, various articulations, environmental education and sustainability.
Larissa Ferreira
Volunteer
Manager and Environmental Analyst graduated from the Federal University of São Carlos. She has experience in the areas of environmental education, socio-environmental projects and participatory teamwork methodologies. She has conducted research in the area of environmental awareness in river basins and environmental interpretation. Volunteer with the FunBEA team since 2021.
